MARINE 38

Jacksonville Marine 38
"Dr. Robert F. Kiely"
(Originally Marine 1)

The largest of Jacksonville's fire boats.
The 2010 MetalCraft Firestorm 70 Fireboat was originally dedicated as "Marine 1"
70'10" LOA, 22' beam. 14,000 gpm
The boat is stationed on the Trout River at 469 Trout River Blvd.
It is essentially the middle boat of the three Jacksonville Marine Units.
Originally the boat was to be stationed at Station 40 but the conditions there
led to the boat being reassigned further up the St. John's River.
(Some photos courtesy of Metal Craft Marine)

Note: Jacksonville has renumbered and reassigned their boat a few times.
This update attempts to list them as they are currently in 2015.

The Fireboat "Dr Robert F. Keily" is docked in the Trout River
at 469 Trout River Blvd near the Seafarer's Marina.
The boat was originally called Marine 1.
